LINKORNA is operated by GL Eudepot GmbH in Germany. The product is designed for teams that handle customer messages, supplier communication, contracts, marketplace content and meeting material with clear account access and transparent processing.
No permanent archive of original files
LINKORNA is not intended to store your original contracts, uploaded documents or audio recordings as a permanent file archive. Generated outputs, task status, usage records and Word reports may be saved so you can reopen work in Documents and Recent Tasks.
Workspace-based access
Dashboard pages, billing, documents and generated outputs are tied to the logged-in account and workspace. Users should only upload business material they are allowed to process.
Cookies and consent
Necessary cookies keep login, security and core application functions working. Optional analytics or marketing cookies can be rejected without blocking the AI employee workflow.

Impressum, Datenschutz and cookie settings are always available in the footer. Requests about data handling or deletion can be sent to hello@linkorna.com.
Human review remains important
AI output is a business assistance tool. Contracts, legal positions, customer commitments and high-value negotiations should be reviewed by the responsible person or advisor before use.
