FAQ

Questions before starting

Practical answers about plans, payment, usage, languages, data handling and support.

How is usage counted?

Each planned AI employee has a fixed credit cost. Multi-employee tasks show the combined total before execution. Credits are charged only after a usable result is saved; failed runs release the reservation. Every plan refreshes its credits and meeting allowance each monthly usage period; yearly subscriptions follow the same monthly refresh.

What is included in the free trial?

After email confirmation, the first successful login starts 30 days of access to all 21 AI employees and 200 credits, including up to 3 meeting transcriptions. After the trial, unpaid workspaces fall back to the Free plan.

Which plan should I choose?

Every plan can use all 21 AI employees through the same task entry. Free includes 30 credits and 15 meeting minutes for occasional work. Solo gives one operator 500 credits, 60 meeting minutes, projects and Word export. Growth adds 2,000 credits, 3 seats and 5 meeting hours. Scale supports higher-volume teams with 6,000 credits, 8 seats and advanced governance.

Which payment methods are supported?

Checkout supports card and PayPal. For Chinese customers, Alipay and WeChat Pay are connected through the wallet payment flow.

Can I cancel or change my subscription?

The Billing portal handles invoices, payment methods and cancellation. Upgrades are selected in Billing and charged with the applicable prorated difference. Downgrades are requested by email and take effect at the end of the current subscription period.

Which languages does LINKORNA support?

The website interface is available in English, German and Chinese. AI output language is controlled separately inside each employee. For example, a Chinese user can use the Chinese interface and still generate a German customer reply.

What happens to uploaded files?

Files are used to complete the selected task. LINKORNA does not position itself as a permanent storage archive for original contracts, documents or audio recordings. Generated outputs and task records may be saved so users can reopen, copy or download their work.

Can AI make mistakes?

Yes. LINKORNA is designed to produce structured, useful drafts and analysis, but the user remains responsible for final review. Legal, contractual and commercial decisions should be checked by the responsible team member or professional advisor.

What if a task fails?

If a task cannot be completed, the page should show a clear failure state instead of pretending that work was completed. In that case, try again, simplify the input, upload a readable file format or contact support with the task type and account email.

How do I contact support?

Email hello@linkorna.com with your account email, the AI employee you used, the approximate time of the task and a short description. This helps us find the issue quickly without asking you to repeat everything.
