Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the LINKORNA website, accounts, AI Employees and paid plans.
Last updated: 19 June 2026
1. Provider and scope
The provider is GL Eudepot GmbH, Basler Str. 3, 61352 Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe, Germany · hello@linkorna.com. These terms apply to businesses and, where LINKORNA accepts a contract with them, consumers. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
2. Account and contract
Product pages are invitations to place an order. A contract begins when LINKORNA confirms registration or purchase, or activates the service. Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and promptly report unauthorised use.
3. Service and AI output
The plan description shown at purchase defines the service, usage limits and available AI Employees.
AI output is generated automatically, may be incomplete or incorrect, and is not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice. Users must review output before business use and remain responsible for decisions and published material.
4. Acceptable use
Users must not submit unlawful material, infringe third-party rights, bypass security or usage limits, overload the service, or use it for malware, deception or discrimination. LINKORNA may suspend serious violations and terminate access after reasonable assessment.
5. Content and rights
Users retain rights in inputs and grant LINKORNA only the rights required to process them and perform the contract. To the extent rights in output arise and are transferable, users may use output for the agreed business purpose, subject to third-party rights and connected model terms.
6. Prices and payment
Prices, billing period and included services are shown before purchase. Stripe processes payments. Recurring plans renew for the displayed period until cancelled. Applicable taxes may be added. Access may be restricted after notice if payment is overdue.
7. Term and cancellation
Subscriptions may be cancelled through the billing portal or via hello@linkorna.com effective at the end of the current billing period. One-time access ends after the period shown at purchase. Statutory termination rights remain.
8. Availability and changes
LINKORNA aims for high availability but does not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, security measures and third-party or network failures can temporarily affect the service. Material adverse changes to an ongoing contract will be announced in advance; consumers may terminate if a change is unreasonable.
9. Warranty and liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and mandatory product liability. For slight negligence affecting an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to foreseeable typical loss. Consumer limitations apply only where legally permitted.
10. Withdrawal and refunds
Consumers may have a statutory withdrawal right; details and a model form appear in Refunds & Withdrawal. Businesses do not have the statutory consumer withdrawal right. Mandatory warranty and refund rights remain.
11. Privacy
The Privacy Policy describes personal-data processing. Users processing third-party data remain responsible for a lawful basis and required notices.
12. Law and disputes
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory protections of a consumer’s home country remain. For merchants and public-law entities, the company’s registered office is the venue. LINKORNA does not participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.
